| The next step is cutting a piece of Plexiglas so that it is an exact copy of the control panel top. To do that, I clamped the plexi to the control panel and started by drilling rough holes through the Plexi above each hole in the control panel. To get a perfect copy of the control panel, I used a trim bit in the router, as you can see on the next page. |
