Just trace the first side panel onto the remaining wood. Because the first side padel is only rough-cut, when you cut the second piece with your jig saw, you should follow the traced line exaclty, which will make the second piece rought cut in the same way. that is, the second piece will also be about 1/8" - 1/4" bigger than the final piece should be.
